Grant Park, Findlay Park, and Findlay Market teamed up to hold another outstanding trick-or-treat event in Over-The-Rhine! This year's event was a little different than usual thanks to pandemic precautions, but we all came together as a community to make something great.

None of this event would be possible without our supporters, and we cannot thank all of our volunteers and sponsors enough!

It's that time of year again! Despite the unusual circumstances this year, we're pushing through with our annual Halloween event. In fact, we're making it even bigger and better than last year. Don't miss out on this mask-mandatory event, we have more games, more candy, and more social distancing than EVER BEFORE!

Findlay Market Costume Drive Findlay Market is collecting gently used Halloween costumes for the Neighborhood Trick or Treating Event. Donate your old costume for someone else to enjoy! You can drop donations off at the Market Center (located at the center of the market house) any time during market hours. The last day to drop a donation off is Wednesday, October 28.

Please email for more information.

Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest for Dogs Dress your pups up in the scariest, cutest or funniest costume and join us at our first ever Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest for Dogs at 4pm in the Findlay Market Biergarten on October 31. The winning entry will receive a year’s supply of pet food from Pet Wants!

Transportation There will be a free hayride connecting Findlay Market, Grant Park and Findlay Park that groups can hop on throughout the event. Please note that seats will be limited, first come-first serve, and social distancing is required at all stages throughout the hayride. Refer to this map for guidance:

The streetcar is also free to ride and stops at Findlay Market and Washington Park.

With all the violence surrounding the park lately, it's more important than ever to unite as a community and create a safe environment for our residents and families to enjoy. Wesley Chapel Mission Center, St. Francis Seraph Ministries, Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Queen City Career Prep, Cincinnati Works, and the Cincinnati Recreation Commission did just that this Thursday by hosting a community gathering focused on sharing knowledge and opportunity. Volunteers passed out water and snacks while discussing ways to grow and prosper, both as individuals and as a community.

Thanks to everybody who came and made this event possible! We are gearing up for and even bigger and better Halloween event this year, and we need your help! Stay tuned for important updates and information, and donate here to help us sustain park programming and make our long term vision for Grant Park a reality.
